The name is Pisgah in Quaker City. According to the Guernsey County cemeteries list (linked to below), there is a cemetery at the Pisgah Church of Christ, which is located on CR 94 (Pisgah Rd.) near its junction with CR 69. This is supposedly in Oxford Township, though I can't find CR 69 in that area on my maps. The USGS GNIS server shows a Pisgah Church located just north of I-70. This suggests the instructions are in error as this would put it on CR 690. This is relatively far from Quaker City, about six miles.
