I have contacted him regarding your query as he has a lot of SHIPLEY information from the early 1800's in Guernsey County in the Londonderry Township area. His predecessor is Ezekial SHIPLEY who married my Great Great Aunt Mary Ann WATKINS on 27 JUN 1844 in Guernsey County. Ezekial was a close neighbor to My GGF Thomas WATKINS. Among the twelve children including Mary Ann, is Jacob RANKIN WATKINS. I do not as yet know what the WATKINS RANKIN relationship is. Any help with this information will be greatly appreciated.
