She was born ca. 1821 in PA. - Eliza Clippinger married James Scott. Eliza was born ca. 1820, died 12 Feb. 1899 in Center Twp., Guernsey Co. She was a daughter of George Clippinger. I have copies of Application to Probate Will and Application for Letters Testamentary for her. Neither of these Clippinger/Scott marrieages resulted in any children. Is there any connection to your Clippingers here?
