The Isaac Perrygo you found William living with was part of the Perigo/Perrego family in Guernsey Co., including Millwood Twp. That Perego/etc. family intermarried with the Martin and Galloway families of Guernsey Co. One of those marriages was Enoch Galloway and Esther Coles. Esther might be a relative of your William. She died in Millwood Twp., 25 Feb 1844. The LDS familysearch site shows a William Burr Coles b. 12 Feb 1832 Place: Millwood, Guernsey, Ohio. What age does your 1850 Census say William Cole was? There are more William Cole/s on the LDS site.
