I've had several inquiries as to where to get the books that I have, so rather than responding individually, I thought it best to post it to the list so that everyone can have access to this information. First, the Index to Wills and Administrations 1812-1850 and Madison Twp. Cemeteries came from the Guernsey County Historical Society. You can access their webpage for order information--- http://www.usgennet.org/usa/oh/county/guernsey/gcgspub.html These ladies really do a terrific job and they're hurting for funds, so please don't hesitate to order a book--you won't be disappointed. I was so extremely pleased about the books I received--and I got them very quickly as well. Sarchet's the History of Guernsey County is a reprint that can be purchased by Closson Press. I couldn't find the book on their website or in their catalog, but if you e-mail them, I'm sure they could tell you if they have any available--I think mine cost $45.00 (a present from my Dad). However, I would be more than happy to do look-ups, because I bought the book and it doesn't have anything whatsoever about any of my Guernsey County ancestors.
