Abbe L. JONES, Admr. of the estate of Thomas HOLLINGSWORTH, dec., plaintiff, vs. Mary A. HOLLINGSWORTH, widow, er al, defendants. Case No. 14207:----Louisa and William ELSER, who reside at 914 West Wyoming avenue, Philadelphia, Pa.; John and Kate HOLLINGSWORTH, who reside at 3400 Tulip street, Philadelphia, Pa.; Martha MURRAY, whose last known place of residence was Harlem, New Yor; Anna HOLLINGSWORTH, who resides at 819 Almond street, Philadelphia, Pa.; Laura HOLLINGSWORTH, and Thomas HOLLINGSWORTH, and __________HOLLINGSWORTH, his wife, who resides at 1238 Lapard street, Philadelphia, Pa.; Frank FLOOD who resides at the city of Camas, Montana, will take notice that Abbe L. JONES, administrator of the estate of Thomas HOLLINGSWORTH, deceased, on the 11th day of May, 1921, filed his petition in the Probate Court of Guernsey county, Ohio, alleging that the personal estate of the said descedent is insufficient to pay his debts and charges of administration of his estate; that he died seized in fee simple of the following described piece of real estate, to wit: Being Lot No. 169 in Ringer's First Addition to the Village of Byesville, Guernsey county, Ohio; that Mary A. HOLLINGSWORTH, widow of said descedent is entitled to dower in said real estate and that Linley HALL, Frank FLOOD, Mary HARRIS, and Clayton FLOOD claim to hold a mortgage thereon for $700. The prayer of the petition is for the assignment of dower in said property; that said mortgagees be required to answer setting forth the particulars of their mortgage lien thereon and that said property be sold to pay the debts and charges aforesaid. Said defendants are hereby notified that they have been made parties defendant to said petition and that they are required to answer the same on or before the 2nd day of July, A.D. 1921. Abbe L.
