Could they be Rowland Rogers (1768-1831) and Mary "Polly" Hartshorn (1785-1840); married in 1805 in Jefferson County, Ohio? I don't know that this Rowland and Polly were ever in Guernsey County, but their children could have been. I'm not descended from this line but from a sister of this Polly Hartshorn.
