If you know the date and names then you can request it from them if you send a dollar and a very specific request to Guernsey County Courthouse P.O. Box 766 801 Wheeling Ave. Cambridge, OH 43725. If you don't know the specifics, then if you can get to the courthouse, I highly suggest doing so and going to the Probate office and they have an index in there where you can look up the records yourself.
