He was the son of Frazer (Frazier?) and Mary Ann Flournoy Ward. She died in Portland, Oregon. The couple had one son, Ray Livingston Ward, born 25 August 1894 in the Flournoy Valley, Oregon (west of Roseburg and just south of Melrose) He married a woman named Weber. I have the following information in my notes regarding Leeper/Ward: Per Mrs. Pat Ward Moser (Feb. 12, 1999), Mary (Polly) Leeper, daughter of Samuel and Margaret Clark Leeper, was born in 1784 in Washington Co., PA, and married Robert Ward (son of Thomas and Sarah Mays Ward of Washington Co., PA, born 1775). Robert Ward had at least two brothers Daniel and Phillip Ward. Pat Ward Moser is descended from Daniel Ward.
