I'm looking for information regarding Joseph Mullin (or McMullin) who married a Mary Bay in 1815. Had child named Mary Catharine who married a man named Smart. They perhaps were in the Guernsey area - Spencer, Richland, Liberty, Jefferson, Wills, or Center Twps.up to around 1850 or so. Joseph may have had Columbiana and/or Hancock County connection.
