He lived in Charlestown Massachusetts. Was a State Representative in the 1930's. He was born around 1880? 1890? and died 1937? 1938? I do not known much about him except stories that may or maynot be true. If this is the same William Winnett, I would love to hear from you. PS My family had, and still so mamy William Winnetts it is scary.
