July 25, 1882. Would like to know fathers, mothers, and previous generation names. Was the brother of George, Mose, Ora, Jennie, Amanda,etc. Charles E. Bell's father was born in Guernsey Co. and was married to an Elizabeth Gilmore. Am not sure if this was Charles' mother or stepmother.
