I am looking for info on Benjamin Ingley Briggs b. c. 1783. He was the father of Ansel Briggs, the first Gov of Iowa. He came from NY to Cambridge, Guernsey Co. Ohio. He died in an accident after 1830. Especially interested in an obit or article on the accident. I am looking for a connection to Jesse Briggs. Thanks, Janice Briggs
