Jan 2001 SENECAVILLE — Genevieve Nellie Case, 84, of Decatur, Ga., formerly of Senecaville, died Sunday (Jan. 21, 2001) at DeKalb Medical Center, Decatur, Ga. She was born Feb. 3, 1916, daughter of the late Hallie and Nellie Burns. Mrs. Case was a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, where she studied piano and organ. She played piano and organ at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home for more than 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Russell Allen Case, on Oct. 16, 1987. She leaves a son, Allen B. Case of Elizabethtown, Ky.; a sister, Emma Sprout of Zanesville, a brother, Irvin Burns of Senecaville; and two granddaughters. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services and burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at Senecaville Cemetery with the Rev. Ralph Summer officiating. Meek-Black Funeral Home, Senecaville, is handling the arrangements.
