The land that is now in Liberty Twp., was in a different twp. prior to 1823. Does anyone know what that twp. would be? My best guess is Wheeling Twp., but does anyone on the list know? Specifically I need to look at the 1820 census but would like to know before I do, which township I should look in for people who lived in the vicinity of Kimbolton (originally known as Liberty). Any suggestions?
