Stephenson had at least three children - Martha, b.1843; Mary, b.1845; Sophia, b.1847. Julia died 14 August 1850. Her three children appear in the 1850 census of Guernsey Co., OH, living in Wheeling Twp. with their grandparents, Jacob & Mary Banker. I think Lewis Stephenson remarried, but I have not been able to locate a record for his second marriage. In the 1860 census for Franklin Twp., Jackson Co., OH, Lewis J. Stevison (Stephenson) is listed with his wife Mary A. and children Martha A., age 17, Mary E., age 15, Sofia J., age 13, Morris, age 6, Margaret, age 3, and Oha N. Perkins, age 15, laborer. I think this is the same Lewis Stephenson who was married to Julia Ann Banker but have not been able to document that. I need to find a record of the second marriage. Any help would be appreciated.
