Posted on: Guernsey Co. OH Queries Forum Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Oh/Guernsey/1293 Surname: ------------------------- Hi- I'm also descended from the Aduddell family that lived in Fairview, OH, apparently between ~1800 to ~1900. Elias Aduddell apparently moved there from Winchester Co., VA in the late 1700's. According to some of our "records", he was given land in VA as compensation for service in the Continental Army (the rank of Captain is mentioned, but hasn't been verified independently). I'm working on compiling the family history in Family Tree Maker - I'll post the files on a website when I'm done. Feel free to contact me at aduddel@attglobal.net
