I may have Grandfather-in-Law who was a patient in the in the Mental Hospital around there and was buried in a potters grave in the 1940's. Trying to at least get a cemetery name for him and possible internment record. His death was between 1941 and 1946. The librarys only have death certificates to 1943.

Has anyone ever heard of West Barnesville in Guernsey County? Yes, I know where Barnesville is in Belmont Co. (used to live there).
