I have a Sophia Barr who moved to Noble Co., IN & married William Rose in 1860. I believe Sophia came from OH...possible Fairfield or Pickaway Cos. It is also possible that she is connected with Greene Co. 'cause William had aunts and uncles living in that area aft 1831. Does your John Barr have a child named Sophia.
