The State of Ohio, Greene County SS Be it remembered that on the same day and year last aforesaid "the last will and testament of Susannah Hagler late of New Jasper Township Greene County Ohio, was this day produced to the Court for probate by Alfred Powers the Executor therein named. And thereupon James Brown and Alfred Powers the subscribing witnesses to said will personally came into open Court and were duly sworn and examined touching this execution of said will and testimony of said witnesses was reduced to writing and respectively signed by them and filed, and it appearing to the Court from said testimony that said will was duly attested and executed and the said testatrix was at the time of executing the same, of full age and of sound mind and memory and that she acted freely and voluntarily and was not under restraint. It is ordered by the Court that the said will with the proof so reducing to writing as aforesaid be admitted to record, which is done accordingly as follows. I Susannah Hagler of the Township of New Jasper, County of Greene and State of Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following towit: Item 1st After my death, my executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts.
