Well, that is a question! The town of Fairfield was combined with Osborn into Fairborn in the mid 1950's. The flood of 1913 really made them move Osborn over so it nudged Fairfield and they just combined. As far as cemeteries! If time were not a problem I would look at the Library for you. You interest me with the 1802 time. I am researching both Badgleys and Downeys who appear in Greene County in that time frame. Downeys from MD via Scott Co. Ky. and the Badgleys from NJ, I think. Downeys went to Silvercreek, Beavercreek, and Ross Twp and Badgley to Ross. Bath had later Downeys. The Badgleys, I think ended up in Clark Co. or Madison Co. After the 1850 census they are gone from Greene Co. Are you coming from far? The Greene Room at the Xenia Library would have the cemetery records and direction to the different ones. They probably have Clark Co. also. It is a good library. Did you see any Badgleys in that History? Good luck and you probably will hear from others more knowledgeable than I am. Linda Swaney Sabin
