Curious as to whether anyone has come across anything on Mary E. Walker of Yellowsprings in Greene County or her husband Dr. Edward T. Dale- (ET's parents and beginning are unknown). For some unknown reason Mary was shipped to Yellowsprings by her parents from Fairlawn, Shelby County IN in the late 1840s to live with her aunt and uncle the Joseph McIntoshs (believed to be her mother's sister). She went to Antioch College in 1862-63; was in the 3rd preparatory school at Antioch College in 1863-64; and was still at Antioch in 1865-67 part-time when advised to leave because of ill health. Married Edward Tyndal Dale in 1868, and in 1868 was running a rooming house in Yellowsprings. Of her Husband Edward Tyndal Dale the only knowledge begins when he graduated from Antioch in 1867 or 68. He was also in attendance in 1858 shortly after the College came into being per college records.
