I am new to this list...I am researching the Shook line. My gggrandfather....Eli shook was born in Greene Cty., about 1818. I do not know who his parents were. He married Sarah Jane McAllister (McCollister) Nov. 17, 1842 in Greene Cty., also. I do not know any of Eli's family except his children to now. I believe the only child of their 11 or 12 born in Greene Cty. was Martha Ann Shook. Seven more children were born in Darke Cty., and the last two in Iowa. Can any one help here?
