Does anyone know why the Xenia obit for my g. granduncle Granville Badgley would list Mt. Zion cemetery as his resting place and he is not listed in either of them on the official cemetery records? Harriet Swigart of Beavercreek was his first wife and mother of his children. He died in Selma, Clarke Co. but was buried here in Beavercreek where he spent some of his young years. Actual burial and the location of a tombstone perhaps erected many years later are not always the same. Or the Xenia paper could be wrong! <G> Have you tried contacting the mortuary is this was recently enough? Was their an obit in the Springfield paper?
