    3. When you go to Greene Co., be sure to go to the Historical Records & Archieves Records Center. The actual records are kept there. It is great. The library there is wonderful, too, but be sure to go to the records center. I am still searching for Carder/Carter & Dobbins in Greene & surrounding counties if anyone has anything.
