Harlan, Esq. her attorney, and filed a petition in the Clerk's office, praying said court to grant her a divorce from the said William Wicker, her husband, for the cause of extreme cruelty, &c. Therefore, Notice is hereby given to the said William Wicker, that he be and appear before the judges of said Supreme court of the state of Ohio, at the court house in Xenia, in Greene county, on the 29th day of June next, and then and there shew cause if any he can, why the prayer of the petitioner shall not be granted, and the marriage contract between himself and the said Polly, dissolved.
