I just happened to have this one page of the 1830 census as the COZADs lived between Leonard RUSH and Jesse RUSH. I beleive this RUSH family came from Greene Co, PA to Greene Co, OH. My husbands John & Elizabeth TATMAN RUSH moved from Greene Co. OH to South Bend, St. Joseph Co, IN circa 1832. I think there may have been HITE & COZAD families in that western portion of PA as well, but am not sure. You might try looking in THE TENMILE COUNTRY & IT'S PIONEER FAMILIES by H. L. I'm researching any MILLENs of African-American/Mixed descent, possibly owned by slaveowner: David Millen or his brother Eli who came to Greene Cty with their slaves around 1830-40's from N? or S? Carolina. David Millen freed his slaves after coming to OH. Our David Millen was born around 1879. Anyone have any info on this group of people, I'd sure love to hear from you.
