You need to learn their new method. I like to put in a last name (Ohio Deaths) then enter Gallia, Ohio, United States. This brings up the Record Details View. You can click on any name you wish and it will bring up that name. The tricky part, when finished with this name, Do Not Click ON The Back Arrow, this will shut you down. Click on Record Details (found between the record you are viewing and the index of names on the left side of the page). This takes you back to the Record Details View. If you have selected the Record Image View (original death cert.) then you would need to click on Record Image, Record Details, found in the same location. If you have trouble following my directions, let me know and I will try again off list. In a big hurry as hubby is calling. Louise ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gerald Deckard" <gdeckard@cox.net> I started using FamilySearch last November or December when Teresa M. Herrmann first introduced it to us It has proven to be one of the best research tools I have. It has not only provided me with information on people I have in my system, it has also identified new people I did not have. But they apparently modified FamilySearch about one month ago. Since then, it appears to be useless. Has anyone contacted the people who are responsible for it? Jerry Deckard
