I am looking for 4 birth records out of Gallia county from the 1930s and 1940s. I see that I can order a certified copy from the state department of health for $16.50 or from county probate court for $3. Aside from the obvious cost difference what is the difference between ordering these records? If it matters, 1 will be for a still birth. Thanks, Mary Clark
