I seem to be out of step with the Rife family.? Could someone please tell me how Joseph Rife, born in Virginia? 15 Jul 1787,?and Betsey Howard, also born in Virginia, and who?married in Gallia County in 1806 and had 8 children fit into the current discussion?? Thanks. karen
