They ALL had a son named "Henry". You're talking about a different Henry than I am talking about. Joseph Garber Rife married Margaret Carpenter. Joseph was born in 1758 and died in 1827. HIS son named "Henry" was born in 1790 and died in 1833. He ALSO had a brother named Joseph who was born in 1787 and died in 1871. According to my files Henry Rife (1790-1833) was the third son of Joseph Rife Sr. and Margaret Carpenter. The Joseph who married Elizabeth howard was born in 1787 so I don't think he had a son in 1790. This Joseph and Henry were brothers not father and son.
