Dear Mary: Evan Evans and Ann [whoever] married in Wales around 1847. Their first 3 children were born in Wales, then went on to Gallia County, and then Meigs. At least, according to 1870 census records. There are so many Evan Evans, I m not even sure that I have the right ones!
