Elsie, Cottrill/Cottrell, etc. is a Meigs County name with quite a few in Vinton Co. check in Meigs County for a Williams Cemetery. The town of Alice is in Gallia County and we have some Cottrill's here but not like Meigs Co. Good Luck.
