F. LASLEY of this city. The commission was recorded in the Gallia county courthouse by Francis LeClerg, a Frenchman, who was clerk of courts." Theresa- Thank you for posting this. David T. Lasley was born 5 Mar 1783 in Westmoreland, Washington County, Pennsylvania and married Dolly Switzer 23 Sep 1806 in Gallia County. They had three children that I know of: Anselm T, Benjamin M. and Arius N. A.F. Lasley was David's grandson, Arius F. Lasley b 1846 d 1934, who married Laura Wilkenson. David T. Lasley died 5 Jan 1847 in Gallia County and is buried in the Plymale Cemetery in Gallipolis Twp., Gallia County.
