Since Lucetta would have been born after his death, but before the probate documents, I was so hoping that she would have been mentioned. That would have settled speculation once and for all - even if she hadn't been mentioned by name. Also, things were viewed differently then than now.... and technically, at his death, there was only the widow and a daughter.... It is like putting an old jig-saw puzzle together - the edges are a little worn and someone puled the picture of the piece - all the pieces seem to fit, but you are left wondering, if it is exactly the right piece.
