    2. No one is upset as far as I can tell. Everyone has different experiences. I agree that coil binding is much easier to use and work with, but I think Linda is looking for something that will last a long, long time. Hard cover bound books survive centuries. Don't know about the longevity of coil bound books---I have some 30 years old that have split and cracked. Maybe I "overused" that cook book!
