Elsie, The link that you provided for the obit search is fantastic. I just was able to get 2 obits from them that I found on the Dispatch Archives that would have cost me over $5. It is very easy to use and the staff is able to get the obit to you with in 24 hours. I don't know about reactivating it but it would be worth a try, because they offer so much in the way of electronic research material.
