I remember the building and I remember the Johnson's having a grocery there. Lunchtime it was a favorite stopping point for the high school kids on the way back to school after lunch......... Charlie, Was it this store, or was it the State Street Market on State Street & Third Avenue? That market was on a pretty much direct route back from Eddie's Pool Hall on Second Avenue. Fire destroyed the pool hall, and along with it, the very best bean soup in all of Ohio (if not the world)!
