Hi Denise. I saw your post on the Gallia Co. list and that you have researched the Carter Family. I would be interested to know if you might have a William Donald Holdbrook Carter in your files. He was born Nov. 27, 1910. Don't know who his parents were, but he was raised by a foster or relative family in Wood Co., WV. He came, I believe from the lower part of WV and is buried at Mt. Hope, WV. Any information would certainly be a blessing. Thanks for your time.
