    3. Jerry, It is very unlikely that they own the Ewington Cemetery but I imagine that the cemetery property butts up against the junkyard property . You could contact the township trustees to see if they could answer your question. You can contact the County Commissioners Office at the courthouse and ask who the trustees for that townhip are. I would then either call them or write them a letter about your concerns.
