I have so much enjoyed reading the posts from the Athens Messenger. I am wondering if there are any wheat fields now in Gallipolis or Point Pleasant? One thinks of Kansas, Nebraska in regard to wheat fields. I never hear much about wheat fields anywhere nearby as a child growing up in Charleston, WV.
