Harold, I am not for certain but I do believe that we have a binder on the GEE family. I am pretty sure that you are correct in the notion that Moses Gee was here before 1820. I kept running into that name when looking for Moses FEE. I thought that they had made a typo in the books, but later met a lady from Texas doing genealogy on Moses GEE. I will check for you tomorrow on the binder and the FF status. OK, I found John, Moses, and Thomas Gee all in the 1820 census, but not before.Moses is listed in Huntington Township. He could have been here after the chattel list of 1819 was taken. With him in the 1820 census that makes him a canidate for FF. Gallia County Marriage records indicate my GGGGrandfather MOSES GEE JR. married CHRISTINANA RUPE SEPT. 17 1820. Are either listed in the GALLIA County book 1800-1825 or the First Families? Thanks in advance for any info.
