Linda, You only need one copy of documents per soldier. You only need one soldier, but it is ok to have more. One copy of the form, then we make 2 copies of it to send to the state and national. Marjorie and I are not sure of the next step after we have the 10 ladies that are to form a tent.| I have been in contact with Mary Evelyn and when we are done we will have her to come and check the applications . You can bring them if you want. We are just going to try and set up meeting schedule and some other things that are coming up. Even though we are not yet a tent it would be nice to help the SUV with the Memorial Day Ceremony in Pine Street . I have talked to Jim Oiler and he is setting up the program for it now. Do we just bring them to the meeting, or are we supposed to be doing something else with them? AND how many copies do we need of each document? I have a g grandfather and four gg grandfathers I'm coming in on and the documents are overwhelming in triplicate. Thanks, Linda Tope Trent William G. Tope (g grandfather) -- Gallia George W.
