I looked into the abstract for Vol 3-C and 4-D. They are in the yellow book, Vol C October 14, 1829 Luther Case Widow reliquishes her right to admistration, Adam Fillmore was appointed Administrator. Securities , Theodore G. Hearn, Samuel Holcomb, Appraisers, James Guy, Jr.Andrew Guy and Moses Russell. Vol D. Were where the appraisers gave Inventory and appraisment pg 570\ pg 173, and 184 were Administrator Accounts given. I will look into Journal Will Book, E, pg 565 on Monday and report that to you.
