    3. F.K. Hope this helps. Peter Cornell's will---- 07 May 1839 PETER CORNELL'S WILL My wife, Elizabeth, to stay with son, Peter, during her lifetime of widowhood, in our present home. Olly, our oldest child is to have $1.00; Tunis, our son, $1.00; Unis, our daughter, $1.00; Isaac, our son, $1.00; Mary, our daughter, $1.00; James, our son, $1.00; Our daughter, Sarah, $1.00; Katharine, our daughter, $1.00; our son, Peter, to continue at our present residence, as heir and sole owner with all household goods and farm essentials and to take good care of his mother. Will written 16 February 1839. Witnesses: Jesse Ingles, Joseph D. Northup and George Harrison. Appraisers: George Northup, John Northup and Aldis Harrington. Inventory given. This is copied from "ABSTRACTS OF THE JOURNAL OF WILLS, INVENTORY AND SALE BILLS, VOLUME 3-C & 4-D, GALLIA COUNTY, OHIO 1824-1847" at the Gallia County Historical/Genealogical Society. Found on page 82 of the above named book.
