    3. Hello again, Cheryl, Thanks so much for the McCall obit. I'm sure this is the right McCall, but there are some questions I have that maybe you or another McCall researcher would be able to answer: I the obit, it lists a Theodore Northup as Anne's brother. I don't show that Ann had a bother by that name (altough my info. could most certainly not be complete). I do show that she had a son by the name of Theodore. Also, the obit. lists a surviving daughter by the name of "Mrs. Nelson". If my information is right, I show that Anne and her husband had 2 daughters (and 5 sons) Roena was born in 1860 and died in 1861, so it can't be her. Cora A. McCall was the other daughter (b.1866). I show her husband's name to be, Nelson Thornton. Unless I have that named turned around, that would make Cora, Mrs. Thornton. The obit. states that "Mrs. J. S. McCall, aged nearly 7O years, a resident at the Clay Lick neighborhood in Harrison township, was burned to death at her home Saturday morning, March 18. 1916, between eight and nine o'clock." That agrees with the date of death I had listed for her of March 19, 1916. THe sons mentioned were Cyrus, Otto and Claude and a brother Theodore Northup. I think you have found the right one. Cheryl SallyJo Quamme wrote: I wonder if this could be Ann Elizabeth (Northup) McCall b 1838. Her husband was Josiah McCall b. 1837. I have them listed with 7 children with Cyrus, Claude and Edward Otto among them. This would mean that she was 84 yrs. old when she died.
