    3. These personal attacks have me ashamed to be considered a Gallia Countian. Signature lines are common on almost every list I'm on, and the majority of the time they don't contain anything relevant to the topic at hand -- people just ignore them. Let's move on and get away from personal attacks. We are here for a common purpose -- researching our Gallia County roots. I don't know Charlie personally, but I do remember that he's been of great help to me on this list. Heck, I offend myself everytime I post on the list about my Campbells because they massacred my Donaldsons (McDonald clan), and they still feud over in Scotland about it to this day! :-) It's a beautiful day here in old Gallia, let's let it be the dawning of a new era, one of genealogical research and cooperation. Sincerely, Linda Tope Trent [email protected]

    2. Henny Evans
    3. We just posted a Master List of the Family Histories to be found at the Gallia County Genealogical Society at 57 Court Street. Go to galliagenealogy.org, click on Genealogical Resource, then click on Family Histories. Be sure to read the introduction to understand exactly what we have. Also, we invite you to send in your family history to us at P.O. Box 1007, Gallipolis, OH 45631. This is a great resource which we want to continue to see grow. It can be just a page or two or many or a whole book. Enjoy! Henny Evans, OGS Chapter

    3. Debbie, THis is my family tripled.. Let me explain. The Fee is on my grandmother Thomas side. The Moore is on my grandmother Thomas side. These 2 people were her double cousins. Grandmother's father was the Moore, her mother was the Fee. Now it is even more complicated by a cousin on MY mother's Miller side is the greatgranddaughter of James Moore. Carolyn is supposed to send me the information on this family.. So, when I get it I will be more than happy to fill you in as well. 3. Great Idea, Connie. Phil Caldwell From: "Connie Hitchings" <[email protected]> Subject: [OHGALLIA] Can we clean up this list? When you reply to the list please please please delete all messages, except the one you are replying to. I have read the same messages day after day. Weeding through all of this is tiring, boring and time consuming. It all also goes into the archives. So doing a search you get many many hits that are that same old message over and over again. And changing the subject line would be a big help too. Where in the world is the administrator of this site and why is being allowed to go on day after day? I linger in the back ground, but years ago when I joined this site a big ol fight was going on and I am so tired of it. If you want to respond to my complaints, then have the courtesy to delete the entire digest before you hit send. Am I the only one frustrated to death over this? Connie Hitchings
