At Ohio.gov they state I need more information. Jeanne's death certificate states she was born in Muelville, OH. I was told there is no such city in Ohio by this name therefore do not know where in Ohio she was born. I was also told there is a birth index for the state of Ohio and am hoping someone may be able to look her birth info up for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
