I have a copy of Arthur's obituary, which lists his survivors, including "his mother, Mrs. Minnie Price." The funeral record from Cook & Son Funeral Home does have her maiden name as Weethee. Interesting to consider a divorce in 1906 or so, especially when one considers the timing between Arthur's birth and Her marriage to David Wallace. Would you mind pointing me to the census records you've located, especially the ones directly pertaining to Charles or Arthur Garrison? Thanks for your information!
