There is a William Garrison, b. 01/31/1903 d. 04/21/1930 with a father of Charles Garrison. That DOB matches the DOB you have for William, son of Charles and Minnie. Do you recall where you found his DOB? I wonder, too, if Charles Emory might have left Columbus and returned to live with his parents elsewhere in Ohio, to escape the shame of the divorce (and the pain of the possible death of his eldest daughter)?
